This webinar continues the discussion on budget assessment and budget monitoring. It moves beyond the budget cycle, and provides tips for a simple persuasive budget narrative to focus on how you might think about specific budget line items. How does a top-down budget approach work within your environment? How do monthly budget reconciliations work? How do you read budgets and understanding variance reports?
