Her work focuses on practical, relationship-centered leadership skills including effective feedback, performance management, difficult conversations, and psychological safety. Monique brings a learner-centered, real-world approach that helps leaders translate theory into everyday leadership behaviors that strengthen teams and improve outcomes.
