This three-part course series provides practical tools for developing campaigns that are audience-centered, clear, compelling, and intentional. Across the three modules, you’ll learn how to identify and prioritize your audiences, develop messaging that connects with what matters to them, and create a communications plan that aligns your audience, messages, channels, resources, and measures of success.
